REKHA BHANOT

With over 21 years at Heritage Xperiential Learning School, Ms. Rekha Bhanot brings deep expertise in primary education, curriculum design, pedagogy coaching, and foundational literacy and numeracy. As Vice-Principal, she also leads the Junior Program, Teaching & Learning, and Parent Partnership & Communication, fostering strong school-home collaboration and meaningful learning experiences. Known for her steady leadership and student-centric approach, Rekha has played a vital role in strengthening the school community through every phase of its journey. She holds a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s degree in Foods and Nutrition.
