Age Criteria for AY 2027-28 (Delhi NCR)

In compliance with the New Education Policy, please find below the age criteria for Admissions AY 2027-28. Age is calculated as on March 31st, 2027.

All Nursery applications that fulfil the prescribed age criteria and are complete in all respects will be considered for admission.

The School accords priority in admissions based on parameters such as neighbourhood proximity, sibling enrolment, alumni association, and alignment with the School's experiential learning philosophy.

For applicants to Grades KG to IX and XI: Applications are shortlisted subject to seat availability, which is generally reviewed towards the end of the academic session. In the absence of available seats, applications will be placed on the waitlist.

Admission is confirmed upon successful verification of documents and completion of the fee payment process.

Admission Documentation

Please ensure that all uploaded documents are clear, legible, and scanned copies of the original documents. All applicable documents must be duly signed by both parents(if applicable) before uploading. The names and details of the student and parents provided in the application form must correspond exactly with the supporting documents and identity proofs submitted.

Mandatory Documents

  • Birth Certificate: Must clearly mention the child’s full name and date of birth.
  • Child’s Aadhaar Card: Submission of the child’s Aadhaar details is mandatory for Indian nationals.
  • Transfer Certificate: Applicable for all grades except Nursery.
  • Bona Fide Certificate / School Record: A document issued by the current or previous school clearly mentioning the full names of the child, mother, and father (e.g., ID card, report card, or school certificate).
  • Academic Records (Non-Nursery): Report cards for the previous two academic years.
  • Legal Documentation (if applicable): Relevant documents in cases of separation, divorce, adoption, or single parenthood.

Parent Documents

  • Residence Proof of Either Parent — Any two of the following:
    • Utility Bill (Water, Electricity, or Telephone)
    • Lease Deed / Rent Agreement
    • Bank Statement or Passbook
    • Passport / Aadhaar Card / Driving Licence
  • Proof of Alumni Status (if applicable) — For alumni of The Heritage School (any branch), any one of:
    • Migration Certificate (Class X/XII)
    • Transfer Certificate
    • Class X/XII Marksheet
  • Legal Documentation (if applicable): Relevant documents in cases of separation, divorce, adoption, or single parenthood.
Important Note: All required documents must be uploaded online after being duly signed by both parents, wherever applicable. Should the School require hard copies of any document, the same will be communicated separately.

The number of seats in each class is limited, and registration alone does not guarantee admission. The entire process — online submission of the completed admission form and payment of the registration fee — must be completed on time. The payment of the registration fee does not guarantee admission, and the fee is non-refundable.
