Homecoming: Welcoming Our New Nursery Families

Every learning journey begins with a warm welcome and a shared sense of belonging.

Homecoming is a cherished tradition at Heritage Xperiential Learning School, thoughtfully designed to welcome our new Nursery parents into the Heritage community. It offers families an opportunity to connect with the school’s leadership, educators and fellow parents while gaining a deeper understanding of the people, values and philosophy that shape the Heritage learning experience.

Through meaningful conversations and shared experiences, parents are introduced to our child-centred and experiential approach to education—one that nurtures curiosity, independence, relationships and the joy of discovery. The gathering also helps families understand how the school and parents can work together to create a supportive and enriching environment for every child.

More than an orientation, Homecoming marks the beginning of a meaningful partnership between families and the school—a partnership grounded in trust, open communication and a shared commitment to each child’s growth and well-being.
