As Head of Parent Engagement & Communication, she leads the school’s parent engagement strategy, institutional communication, and community outreach, strengthening a culture of trust, collaboration, and transparency. She has played an integral role in Heritage’s CIS re-accreditation journey, contributing to the school’s commitment to continuous improvement and global standards of excellence. Anindyo is an alumna of the Executive Programme in Strategic Communication and Corporate Leadership at IIM Calcutta and holds professional certifications in Child Protection, reflecting her commitment to creating safe, inclusive, and responsive learning environments where every child and family feels valued and supported.
