Nidhi Sharma is the Head – Human Resources at Heritage Xperiential Schools, where she has been leading the people and culture function since April 2021. She is responsible for driving strategic HR initiatives across the network, including talent acquisition, organizational development, employee engagement, leadership development, culture transformation, and change management. With over two decades of diverse experience across Education, Telecom, Hospitality, Learning & Development, and HR Consulting, Nidhi brings a unique blend of business acumen and people expertise.
